On December 27, 2019, Ningxia Zhicheng Anhuan Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment pointed out that Ningxia Zhicheng Anhuan Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. has reached the limit score due to the total number of untrustworthy scores within a scoring period. The credit platform is from April 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. Ningxia Zhicheng Anhuan Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. was included in the rectification list within a time limit, and the relevant situation was recorded in its integrity file.
Also included in the deadline for rectification: Gansu Yijie Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 916207025995252408) and Chongqing Fengda Environmental Impact Assessment Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91500230MA5U6KRW4L). Among them, the two EIA documents prepared by Gansu Yijie Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. had quality problems and were dishonestly scored by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment; the three EIA documents prepared by Chongqing Fengda Environmental Impact Assessment Co., Ltd. due to quality problems The problem was scored by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Liaoning Department of Ecology and Environment, and Guangdong Jieyang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment.
In addition to the three EIA institutions that were rectified within a time limit, Zhong Guang (credit number: BH005624) of the EIA staff was also rectified within a time limit. The "3·21" accident-related EIA institution was found responsible

EIA suspected of plagiarism caused high concern
