The Sharjah Volunteer Center, affiliated with the Department of Social Services in Sharjah, announced that it has offered a volunteer opportunity launched by the Department of Islamic Affairs in Sharjah, entitled "Let us build it together", to preserve the health and safety of worshipers in Sharjah mosques, with a view to implementing precautionary measures and physical distance between worshipers in mosques, within the framework of Measures to protect community members and prevent the spread of the Corona virus. He stressed that he seeks to attract 300 volunteers to participate in organizing the movement of worshipers.

The Director of the Department of Islamic Affairs, Abdullah Khalifa Al-Sabousi, said that the initiative comes as part of efforts to preserve the health of worshipers and ensure the provision of a safe environment for them through the application of guidelines, preventive measures and continuous awareness for mosque visitors.

The Director of the Department of Social Services in Sharjah, Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Mail, praised the keenness of the Department of Islamic Affairs to implement health measures in the emirate's mosques.
