A man was arrested by the police while protesting with his shoes off to President Moon Jae-in, who visited the National Assembly.

On the 16th, at about 3:30 pm, Jung Mo, who was on the stairs in front of the main building of the National Assembly, took off his shoes and threw it at President Moon.

President Moon was on his way to the capitol after talking to the representatives of the ruling party after the opening speech at the National Assembly.


President Moon is said to have been unsuitable for shoes, and Jung was overwhelmed by police at the scene.

He was said to have said, "I threw it to President Moon. I feel insulted and humiliated."
