<Reporter> The

opening ceremony of the 21st National Assembly is held today, 40 days after the 21st National Assembly started.

The long tug-of-war between the lawmakers surrounding the seat of the judiciary chairman has made it the latest opening ceremony ever.

President Moon Jae-in gives an opening speech at the National Assembly about 9 months after the correction speech in October last year.

President Moon's speech seems to include encouraging the National Assembly to overcome the Corona 19 and Korea's new deal.

In addition, as the day before yesterday's enforcement of the High Commissioner's Criminal Investigation Act has passed, it is possible that President Moon will directly urge the opposition to establish an airlift.

An official at the Blue House explained, "As the opening ceremony continues to be delayed, President Moon is rewriting the speech for the ninth time."

The Democratic Party, which is still vacant, will also elect an information chairperson today, but it is expected that the schedule for the hearing of candidate Park Ji-won will be confirmed once the chairperson is elected.

Next week, the National Assembly will conduct a three-day government question following the speech of a representative from a bargaining group.
