“Disruptions in public order were recorded yesterday in several settlements of the country: more than 250 people, including drivers and cyclists, were detained,” a Telegram statement said.

They noted that they were detained for disobeying "a lawful order or requirement of an official in the exercise of his official powers, violation of the procedure for organizing or conducting public events, and non-observance of traffic rules."

“Most of the violations were recorded in Minsk,” the department added.
