It was in May that the police received two reports that a man had exposed himself along various exercise tracks in Sävsjö in the afternoons. The people who reported the incidents must be women and children of mixed ages.

- He has been a bit hidden and there are probably many who may not have understood what he has been doing, says Michael Sjöö at the police in Eksjö.

"Think there is a dark number"

When the police have patrolled in Sävsjö, they have received indications that several have seen the man even recently.

- We believe there is a dark number and want to receive more reports, says Sjöö who believes that there may be uncertainty about how a report goes to and to whom it is made.

The man is designated

The suspected exposer, who is in his 30s and 35s, has been identified and is a resident of Sävsjö municipality but has not been arrested.

If you now know who he is, why do not you seize him?

- The more information we have, the better the basis for investigation, he says and explains that there is thus a greater chance that the man can be arrested.

The penalty for sexual harassment is a fine with imprisonment in the penalty scale.
