“This is especially true for our Ukrainian colleagues. The statements they will make regarding Crimea will entail punishment under the laws of Russia, ”the parliamentarian said during the discussion of the draft law. He is quoted by Interfax.

According to him, Russia will be able to demand their extradition.

In addition, he noted that for politicians from the United States who “dreamed of our country”, responsibility will also appear.

“If they come to our side, they can be arrested. And you can demand their extradition here, ”he added.

On July 14, the Duma adopted in first reading a bill recognizing the alienation of Russian territories as extremism. 

According to Volodni, this is the first draft law prepared after the entry into force of amendments to the Constitution.
