July 14, 2020A two trillion dollar plan to rebuild infrastructure and produce clean energy. The "big green plan" was presented today by presidential Democrat candidate Joe Biden. The project is part of the "Build Back Better" program, presented last week in Pennsylvania.The goal, explained the Democrat, is to build an "irreversible path" to get to zero carbon emissions by 2050. Among the points, the renovation of four million buildings and the ecological conversion of two million homes.
