He added: "Indeed, a child's swab was made through the nose, but the swab was broken inside his nose, so the doctor decided to sleep him and fully anesthetize him to conduct an operation to extract the swab from inside his nose, so I refused his anesthesia and asked the doctor to extract the swab without anesthesia, expressing my help for him to catch the child In order to be able to extract the swab from his nose, the doctor refused and insisted that the situation necessitated the child be fully anesthetized.

The bereaved father continued: "At that point, I contacted a relative to in turn communicate with a hospital official to explain the situation to him. The official interacted and called the medical staff, then called my relative and reassured him that the doctor's procedure and his request were sound and there was no fear of it."

And he added: "I agreed to the doctor's request and his decision, which he saw the necessity of taking regarding the smear that had been broken inside my child's nose. All this and the child is good and his condition is good, but his temperature has fallen to its almost normal state."

He added: "Then the medical staff completely anesthetized the child and performed the procedure to extract the swab from the child's nose, and within one o'clock at night, they informed me that the operation was completed and that the doctor was able to extract the swab from the child's nose."

He explained: "After the operation, the child woke up, and his mother was accompanying him, and she repeatedly asked the nursing staff to have him be examined by the specialist doctor after the operation and to check on his condition."

The child's father went on saying, "The child suddenly lost consciousness, and his mother immediately notified the nurses, and he found that his breathing had stopped, so he was relieved by artificial respiration, then I came to the hospital and asked the doctor to attend, and after a while the doctor came and a rumor was made for him to show that the breathing was blocked by one of the The lungs, according to the rumor’s doctor, while the rest of the child’s organs work and have no problem.

He added: "When the child's condition deteriorated, she asked to be transferred to a specialized hospital in Riyadh to save his life. Indeed, the approval came, but we sat in the hospital waiting for the ambulance, and despite that we sat waiting for the child to be transferred until the afternoon prayer and he was not transferred, so that he would announce his death."
