- The suspect was arrested last night and will today be heard together with defense counsel, says Deputy Chief Prosecutor Ulrika Grenerfors.
She confirms that the man who was hit was stabbed with a sharp object, but she does not want to comment on more precisely what the object is.
- So far, he has only been heard in a short service hearing in connection with the arrest.
The detainee was arrested at around 4 pm yesterday in the southern parts of Örebro County. If the prosecutor wants to detain the suspect, it must be done no later than Thursday at 12 o'clock.
SVT Nyheter Öst has sought the detainee's defense lawyer for comment.
