Florida Governor Ron Desantsis was shocked yesterday, Monday, after an activist boycotted him during a press conference in which he spoke about the Corona outbreak in Miami Hospital.

"Shame on you," said activist Thomas Kennedy. "The numbers in Florida have reached records and you are not doing anything."

"You are misleading the public and you have no plan, 4,000 people have died," Kennedy said before the security intervention.

The governor of Florida has come under increasing criticism for his failure to make wearing masks mandatory as the disease continues to spread in the state, with Florida setting a new record in the United States reaching more than 15,000 in one day.

It is reported that, as of Monday, the state - the third most populous state in the United States - had more than 282,000 cases, with more than 4,200 deaths, according to data from the Florida Department of Health.
