Altogether, the 32-year-old is sentenced for attempted murder, unlawful detention, gross unlawful coercion, gross robbery, robbery and drug offenses.

The attempted murder in Rudbecksparken

Together with a man aged 30, who is also sentenced to 1 year and 6 months imprisonment, the 32-year-old man abused the victim. They also threatened him with a gun. Then they forced the victim into a car. The idea was that the victim would take the 32-year-old to people who sell drugs in Västerås and several witnesses have said that the men were looking for drugs that night. In the judgment, the district court wrote that the 32-year-old's plan was to "follow the drug cranes upwards in the distribution stage in order to take control of the drug sales." The 30-year-old and the 32-year-old drove home to a third man they were robbed that night.

The robbery against the pharmacy at Bäckby - left bomb attacks

The day after the assault in Rudbecksparken, the 32-year-old continued with a 42-year-old woman against Bäckby. Together, they threatened customers and pharmacy staff and robbed the store of drug-classified drugs. They also left a bomb attack on the site, which led to parts of Bäckby being blocked off. The 42-year-old woman is sentenced to 5 years in prison for the robbery.

Denying

The 32-year-old man largely denies the verdict.

- The district court erred in evaluating the evidence and assessing the value of the penalty measure for the parts that he has passed. He has committed the drug crime as well as the chopping of the target owner, but he thinks he did it in emergency defense, says lawyer Behrang Eslami.

The robbery against the pharmacy completely denies the 32-year-old.
