The hospital's executive director, Liam Duffy, said that the cessation of new cases came as a result of the efforts exerted by the state since the beginning of the crisis and thanks to the continuous monitoring of its rational leadership and its strategy in activating the national survey program and preventive checks, which led to early detection, rapid and effective dealing with the affected cases and the use of approved treatment protocols Which contributed to the high number of recovery cases as a result of the effective role that the relevant authorities play in the country on a daily basis, volunteers and medical personnel who led the front rows to face the crisis.
He explained that since the beginning of the crisis and before the WHO announced that the epidemic had turned into a pandemic, Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital in Umm al-Quwain initiated all preventive and precautionary measures to protect patients, visitors, medical staff and all hospital employees, pointing out that the hospital is now completely safe to receive patients to benefit from the distinguished health services that The hospital provides it according to the highest international standards.
