According to him, we are talking about the CIS, about inter-regional organizations, which include Russia, for example, the SCO, and then about the big world.

“Of course, the space of the former USSR is a priority for us. But this does not mean that it does not matter to us what is happening in Europe or in Asia. We need a needs assessment and honing our policy towards regions and countries in accordance with our interests and needs, ”Primakov noted.
