Media: In Russia, they proposed to compensate for the costs of remote work

One of the authors of the bill, the first deputy chairman of the committee on labor, social policy and affairs of veterans Mikhail Tarasenko explained to the publication that the employee, in particular, will be able to request reimbursement of electricity costs, depreciation of the personal computer that he uses every day, etc.

According to the idea, this issue should be resolved within the framework of the employment contract. Compensation may, for example, be included in the increased salary of the employee.

It is clarified that the Ministry of Labor supported the draft of the relevant amendments on the remote mode of operation.

Earlier, the Rospotrebnadzor called on employers not to attract employees from the risk group to work in the office and leave them at a remote work mode.
