Police were alerted to the Storheden area on Monday afternoon after information about threats at the site was received. Some form of firearm should have been involved in the threat.

"It is a person who has been threatened and a person who carried out the threat, firearms have been involved," says Katrin Hedqvist, RLC commander at the police regional control center.

Put in all available staff

The police decision was to deploy all available personnel together with the intervention force and the dog driver, even drones were used in the operation. Roads were closed and personnel with reinforcements were in place.

- We have a way of working on these types of events and it was judged that reinforcement weapons were needed to go ashore with the task. It is not uncommon for this type of bet.

Two people were arrested at the operation.

- Initially, the crime classification is illegal threat, but it can change during the journey, says Katrin Hedqvist.
