Also, from July 14, the work of shopping centers in the region will be allowed, but only in terms of shopping facilities. Cinemas, food courts, children's rooms remain closed until the restrictions of the third stage are removed.

“Kindergartens can again accept children in accordance with the epidemiological situation in each municipality, as they will end a large-scale summer repair campaign and they will be adopted by the relevant commissions established under local authorities,” the head of the region said.

In addition, according to information from the region’s administration, as part of a new phase of lifting restrictions, non-food markets will be opened, and sports in open areas are allowed.
