A 30-year-old American died of corona virus after catching the disease at a party called "Coved Party" in a city of Texas.

Doctor Jane Appleby of the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio said the young man attended a party organized by an infected person to find out if the virus was real and whether the infection would be passed on to others.

The doctor recounted that the patient said to a nurse who was next to his bed, "I think I committed foolishness, I thought the virus was a hoax but it is not. I thought I was young and not overwhelmed and would not be affected by the disease."

"None of us is invincible," the doctor said, noting that several patients in their twenties and thirties are now in hospital, due to complications associated with Covid-19 disease.

In Alabama, in early July, the Tuscaloosa authorities warned against holding "Coffed Party" parties organized with the presence of one or several patients with the disease.

The United States ranks first in the world in the number of injuries and deaths, with the number of deaths due to corona reaching 132 thousand deaths, while the number of injuries since the outbreak of the disease reached 3 million and 97 thousand.

The number of injuries worldwide reached 12 million and 322 thousand, and deaths reached 556 thousand, according to the statistics of the World Health Organization.
