As the river hit the city, all the parked cars were submerged, and water was constantly flowing into the bus.

A heavy rain warning was issued around the Yangtze River in southern China from the 2nd of last month to yesterday (12th) for 40 consecutive days. This is the longest period.

The water level of Poyang Lake, Jiangxi Province, the largest lake in China, also hit a record high.

As the water overflowed, the lake area increased by 352 km in just six days.

More than half of Seoul's area is submerged.

Chinese authorities say the floods exceeded the rainfall in 1998 when there was a flood, and that 433 streams flooded the border.

I even ordered President Xi Jinping to order all-out correspondence.

[China CCTV report: President Xi Jinping stressed that now is the decisive time to prevent flooding, so that the party committees and governments at all levels have to fulfill their responsibilities.]

As of the Flood in 1998, when the embankment was barely restored, soldiers were sent in again.

[Sha Jing-hui / People's Liberation Army of China: This is the mission of the soldier. If you wear military uniforms, you are obligated to come here.]

So far, 141 people have died or disappeared in southern China, and 38 million have been displaced.

China has entered a state of war.

However, heavy rain is forecast this week as well, so the damage is expected to increase.
