A town of less than 3,000 inhabitants, Bras, in the Haut Var, was the scene of a drama on Sunday around 8 p.m. A 16-year-old boy died, stabbed and killed in a scuffle between rival gangs near the village stadium. Another 18-year-old was seriously injured, but his life prognosis is not in jeopardy. Both came from Manosque, 60 km further north, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
