The emergency medical technician, Khawla Ismael Flamerzi, assisted the volunteer, Maryam Khamis Al-Hattawi, and the paramedic de Nis, in examining the patient (71 years), and it was found that her condition is unstable, and she suffers from weakness and the inability to move or speak, so the paramedics undertook an electrocardiogram. The presence of a heart attack showed, and after seconds, the heart stopped beating, and the ambulance crew preceded the time to save it and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and subject it to electric shock, in addition to giving it drugs for stroke and treating the heart. The paramedics team had no choice but to transfer the patient to the nearest hospital to her home, and inform the hospital doctors about the details of the case and send her data to the emergency team, and during the transportation of the patient the paramedics team was surprised that the patient's pulse returned to normal, and she recovered as a result of the continuation of the paramedic in the heart massage process, and the activation of the electric shock device, And the work of CPR.
