“Today we are carrying out a humanitarian campaign to help poor families in the village of El Es in the Aleppo province,” TASS quoted Maxim Solohu as the representative of the Central Military District.

According to him, 250 grocery sets and a ton of bread were distributed to the population.

He specified that similar work is planned in other cities in the province of Aleppo.

Earlier, the UN Security Council adopted a resolution that prolongs the work of one checkpoint on the Syrian-Turkish border for a year to deliver humanitarian aid to Syria.
