On the morning of July 12, a fire broke out at Dongbaoshan, an excellent new energy company located in Tieshan Town, Xinluo District, Longyan City, Fujian Province. After receiving the report, the Longyan Emergency Fire Department rushed to the scene for rescue immediately, and Longyan City established an emergency headquarters on the spot To organize rescue efforts.
The main product of Excellence New Energy Company is biomass diesel. The on-site consultation and analysis believed that the fire was caused by the combustion of the substance diesel during maintenance, which is currently burning steadily. All personnel around the plant have been evacuated in time.
After investigation, the fire caused 2 employees of the factory area to be missing and 2 injured (one of them was seriously injured). The injured were promptly sent to Longyan First Hospital for centralized treatment.
The fire is currently being handled. The Fujian Fire and Rescue Corps has dispatched chemical formations from Xiamen, Zhangzhou, and Quanzhou detachments to the reinforcements. The investigation procedure has been initiated for the cause of the fire.
