Local court rulings revealed the alleged document disseminated by the Japanese listed company Fuji Housing over a long period of time.

A Korean woman from Japan who worked at Fuji Housing faced a court case against the employer's wrongdoing for nearly five years before winning a partial decision at the Osaka District Court earlier this month.

The documents distributed by the Fuji Stock Exchange, the first listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, to executives and employees in 2013-2015 include the phrases "Korea is a country that is forged forever" and "Koreans in Japan die."

In addition, articles on the portal site that commented on the YouTube comment that likens Koreans to "wild animals" and the claim that "Korean cunning, meanness, and lying behavior will not be found in the world" are also distributed in document form.

It even distributed the contents that "comfort women were able to live a life of luxury in a large two-story house with a private room, and refused hospitality and returned to Korea."

As compensation, only 1 million yen for alimony, 12.4 million won for Korean money, and 100,000 yen for attorney fees were recognized.
