On June 23, the woman was found by home care professionals lying on the floor. According to a lex Sarah report to IVO, the woman is described to have been thirsty, hungry, confused and with redness on her body.

The woman is believed to have been lying on the floor for three days without any supervision. According to the report, a food distributor should have noticed that her food, previously delivered to the door, had not been taken.

The municipality must now, among other things, have introduced routines for what the food service can do if food has not been collected by the residents, and that contact information is available to prevent something similar from happening again.
