It was at two o'clock at night that the police fined one motorist in central Jönköping and another on Malmövägen in Värnamo because they played too much music. The driver who drove in Jönköping had a connected speaker that was stored in a roof box.
- It might not be very common for motorists to be fined for playing too much music. The most common thing is to drive around and gas and cord. It may be that you consciously do exhaust gutters and such. You can be fined for that, says Agnevik.
Both drivers are in their 20s. Thomas Agnevik believes they have been fined SEK 1,000 for traffic violations.
- There is something called unnecessary and disruptive driving. I would bet they were fined, he says.
