Abu Dhabi Labor Court stated that the delivery of workers' entitlements at their residence according to the approved mechanism is compatible with the integrated system to complete all judicial operations and the completion of related transactions remotely, starting from filing and examining cases and issuing judgments, up to the stage of implementation and the fulfillment of rights to their owners in record time.

She pointed out that the procedures followed in the stages of litigation in the labor court, especially those in the section of labor implementation, guarantee the speedy implementation of judicial rulings issued to workers within a short period of time, as the enforcement officer takes all measures to fulfill the right of the worker directly, and without the need to attend, according to what It came in the registration newspaper.

She pointed to the integration of development efforts in a pioneering judicial system that meets the requirements and deals with various circumstances with flexibility and high readiness, in order to achieve the strategic priority for the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, which is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of litigation and ensure easy access to services.
