The head of the Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department, Counselor Ahmed Mohamed Al-Khatri, told «Emirates Today» that «the labor court issued judicial rulings in 432 labor cases, out of 436 labor cases, during the first half of this year, a dismissal rate of 99.10%, In court cases of workers.

He pointed out that the volume of labor cases is proceeding normally in the emirate, during the past period, where the labor court examined 433 cases, of which 353 cases are in the Partial Labor Court, and 83 cases are in the Total Workers Court, where they are resolved in 351 cases in the District Court, and 81 cases in the court College, bringing the total number of dismissed cases to 432 labor cases.

He added that the rate of completion of cases reaches 90%, per day, in the labor court, which rules the same specific session after referral from the case management office, noting that the allocation of a supervising judge in the case management to the labor court contributed to preparing the cases, and referring them to the court fulfilled all documents.

He pointed out that the courts of Ras Al Khaimah issued, last June, 547 judicial rulings since the activation of the litigation system (remotely), using direct visual communication techniques, in the framework of the precautionary measures that were followed by the department, in order to preserve the health and safety of its employees and customers.

He explained that the monthly statistical data issued by the judicial inspection showed that the total number of judicial rulings issued according to the degrees of litigation reached 547 judicial rulings during the month of June, including 15 issued by the Court of Cassation, 103 judgments from the Court of Appeal, and 429 from the Court of First Instance , While the number of judicial rulings issued during the month of June last year reached 307, including 12 from the Court of Cassation, 73 from the Court of Appeal, and 222 from the Court of First Instance.

He pointed out that, during the past month, the number of dismissed cases, according to the specialized courts, amounted to 45 civil cases, 111 commercial cases, 234 labor cases, 56 cases of personal status and inheritance, 90 cases per day, five cases with minor civil and commercial claims, and six cases matters.
