The Shanghai Second Intermediate People's Court has received the defendant Wang Zhenhua transferred by the Shanghai Putuo District People's Court And Zhou Yanfen's appeal materials, which were filed on July 10, 2020.

　　This court will conduct the second instance trial of the case in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China.
