- There were two children and two adults in one car, and one person in the other car. All of them have been taken to hospitals, says the rescue service's interim leader Hans-Erik Pekula to the Piteå newspaper.
At five o'clock, the injury situation was reported to be serious for two of them.
The driver of the car without a passenger is suspected of gross illegal driving and drunk driving.
