According to him, neither Minsk nor Paris agreements are being implemented by Ukraine.
In addition, the meeting raised the issue of the situation in Libya "with an emphasis on the lack of alternative peace settlement in this country."
“In the context of Balkan affairs, the need was noted to build all processes taking into account the fundamental resolution of UN Security Council 1244,” Peskov added.
Peskov noted earlier that the situation around the Minsk complex of measures is “potentially very dangerous”, and the words that are heard more often about the optionality or impossibility of fulfilling the Minsk agreements cannot but cause concern.
