“In the framework of the criminal case brought against Furgal, deputies of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory from the LDPR Kuznetsov S.A. were also detained (Born in 1954) and D. Kozlov (Born in 1981) under part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of Russia “fraud,” the source said.
According to him, the specified article is charged with an economic article, and to the previously detained Furgal - "not economic, but precisely related to the organization of the murder."
Furgal was detained on July 9 as part of an investigation of a multi-episode case against an organized crime group. According to investigators, he is the organizer of the attempted murder and murder of a number of entrepreneurs.
