According to Sahlgrenska University Hospital, this time the tests are done at five different health centers. Among others in Partille, Bengtsfors and Dals-Ed.

"The health center has used test kits that would not have been used, so we cannot guarantee that the test results are accurate," Lars Palmqvist, director of clinical microbiology at Sahlgrenska told the newspaper.

Already at the end of last week, Sahlgrenska warned that 70 people may have received incorrect test answers as the QR codes on the test tubes have been mixed up with referrals which have then been sent to health centers in the region.

But according to Palmqvist, the error has since been fixed.

"The staff at the health centers must now be extra careful and not use incorrect kits that can remain," he says.
