“We propose to increase from 2 thousand to 5 thousand a fine for the installation of obviously false numbers,” Shkumatov said.

It is proposed to raise the fine for driving to the red light to 5 thousand rubles, and for turning to the red arrow - to reduce to 1 thousand.

At the same time, ONF proposes to reduce the fine for dirty rooms "and limit themselves to warning if the weather is bad on the street."

In addition, it is proposed to adjust fines for speeding: for 40-60 kilometers per hour in the village it is proposed to fine 2.5 thousand rubles, for repeated violation - 5 thousand.

In both cases, deprivation of rights is not provided.

For exceeding more than 60 km / h in the village, experts suggest fines of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of rights for a period of 4 to 6 months, for repeated violation - by 15 thousand or deprivation of rights for a year.

For excess of 40-60 km / hour when driving outside the village, the ONF proposes to establish a fine of 2.5 thousand rubles, more than 60 kilometers per hour - 5 thousand rubles.

It is also proposed to fine 5 thousand rubles for cyclists who are intoxicated.

As the agency clarifies, the ONF previously created a working group to prepare proposals for inclusion in the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Formulated proposals were sent to the Ministry of Justice.

At the end of May, the Ministry of Justice of Russia published a draft of the new Code of Administrative Offenses for "repeated public discussion", from which the increased fines for speeding were removed.
