"The fire started in an apartment at the top and then it has spread to the wind, so we are working to investigate the wind to access it and extinguish it," said Daniel Agerhult, internal commander, at the rescue service in Östra Götaland, initially.
The building is a seven-story high-rise apartment block. Shortly after ten o'clock in the evening, 24 firefighters from four fire stations were on site. At midnight it didn't burn as much anymore.
"We have not been informed of any personal injuries," he says.
Those who have been evacuated will be able to return to their apartments.
