  Minors can be registered as same-sex spouses, but they must obtain the consent of their parents, guardians or the court in advance. When the registration is completed, the minor same-sex spouse will also be considered as an adult spouse.

  Same-sex spouses can adopt children. When one of the spouses dies, the other party enjoys the same inheritance rights as the traditional married couple under the Civil and Commercial Code. In addition, the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code on spouses, families and children also apply to same-sex spouses.

  As for the revised "Civil and Commercial Code", both men and women cannot register marriage when one of the couples has a legally-identified same-sex partner; if one of the couples in the marriage has a same-sex partner, it can be used as a ground for divorce proceedings; after the divorce The party receiving the alimony will no longer receive alimony after having a new spouse or partner.
