In the past three years, procuratorial organs have handled more than 270,000 pre-litigation procedural cases, including more than 260,000 pre-litigation procuratorial recommendations issued to administrative organs, more than 10,000 civil public interest litigation announcements, and more than 10,000 lawsuits filed.

The goal pursuit fully demonstrates the unique procedural value of public interest litigation. In practice, the response rate of the administrative organs to the pre-litigation procuratorial recommendations due for rectification exceeds 96.9%, which achieves a good supervision effect and saves judicial resources.
