The law means that the municipalities are responsible for making decisions about injunctions and prohibitions if it is necessary for the law to be followed. They can also close serving places if the rules on infection control measures are not followed, as was previously done by the infection control in the region.

Five orders in one week

Since the change in the law, Örebro's Environment Office has decided on five injunctions. Shortcomings that were discovered were, among other things, crowding at the tables, outdoors and indoors, and around the room and at the queue to the cash register or bar.

They also saw that guests got up and drank, which you must not do. The inspectors also noted that the staff did not act when this occurred.
