- It was in January 2019, carbon black outside and late at night. That Bertil would have stood out on the stairs and signed an agreement without having read six or seven pages of fine text, is not credible, says Inga-Lill Blomberg.

A few weeks ago, the couple in Karlskoga received an information letter from Open infra, formerly the Stadsnätsbolaget, with the date for the installation of two fiber boxes at them. The letter also stated that the company would later inquire about the excavation for fiber cables. Inga-Lill contacted the company that they did not order any boxes and then received a copy of an agreement with the customer signature BB sent to them. The Blomberg couple made a police report of fraud.

Sorry for the error

Anya Alenberg, Head of Communications Open Infra

Anya Alenberg, Head of Communications at Open Infrastructure, does not comment on the police report. She regrets that it was wrong for the Blomberg couple and states that Open infra last year ended the collaboration with the sales company that was with Bertil and Inga-Lill.

- They got an offer that they were contentious and they didn't behave the way we think they should, says Anya Alenberg.

"It's abysmal"

Bertil and Inga-Lill Blomberg are very critical of how Open Infra has handled their case. When Inga-Lill heard from the company's booking department that they opposed the agreement, she was called on to the customer service. Inga-Lill made it clear that she did not intend to contact the customer service, but then heard nothing more from Open Infra.

"It's abysmal," says Inga-Lill.

After SVT contacted Open infra, the agreement with Blombergs is canceled. Communications Manager Anya Alenberg says they will set new routines for communication.

- The customer should not be kicked back in any way. We will take care of them no matter which way they come in, she says.
