"All powers are war crimes" in northwestern Syria UN report July 8 9:24

In the northwestern part of Syria, where the civil war continues, the United Nations investigative commission was accused of war crimes on the 7th, following a fierce battle between the rebels and the Assad regime for about four months until March. I published a report saying that it was done.

In Syria, from around December last year, the Assad administration conducted a large-scale air strike and bombardment on the northwest, the last base of the rebels, and a fierce battle with the rebels took place.

In early March, Russia, which was the backing of the Assad administration, and Turkey, which supported the rebels, agreed to ceasefire and the battle was largely settled, but many citizens were involved and were killed.

The Independent Investigation Committee of the United Nations Human Rights Council compiled a report based on interviews conducted mainly on air strikes and shelling during this period, and released it on the 7th.

The investigative committee has accused the Assad administration of bombing and bombarding medical facilities, schools, and markets, and indiscriminately attacking citizens at the expense of war crimes.

He also pointed out that radical groups such as al-Qa'ida, an international terrorist organization that has expanded its power on the rebel side, are mistreating and murdering civilians, resulting in war crimes.

The investigative committee representative said, "It seems that all powers committed war crimes. We should immediately return to the forum for ending the civil war." I asked.
