• Corruption Marjaliza gave actions to politicians of the PSOE to achieve some awards

The businessman David Marjaliza has confirmed before the Investigating Court number 6 of the National Court that he financed the PSOE in Madrid with 970,290 euros in black, as revealed by EL MUNDO. Judge Manuel García Castellón today questioned the main repentant of the so-called Punic plot to explain the documentation he provided several weeks ago related to box B of his companies.

Marjaliza has been detailing one by one all the notes that reflect the double accounting that he provided that refer to the payment of commissions to political parties. These manuscripts also reflect the payment of 15,025 euros for Izquierda Unida and 105,489 euros for the PP. The commissions were disbursed by the businessman between 1999 and 2002 in exchange for urban development awards in Madrid towns such as Pinto , Parla , Valdemoro and Aranjuez .

As Marjaliza explained, his main activity was construction, going so far as to assure that they went from "growing potatoes to growing bricks" and he had a hard confrontation during the interrogation with the lawyer of his once close friend Francisco Granados, former general secretary of the PP Madrid, which he also accuses of charging commissions from his companies.

Among the annotations he has given to the judge there are also payments to the former socialist mayor of Parla, Tomás Gómez , to whom he attributes the gift of a painting valued at 3,450 euros. In the years in which Marjaliza paid commissions in exchange for urban planning licenses, the Madrid PSOE, then led by Rafael Simancas, governed most of the municipalities in which it built.
