July 07, 2020 Titles related to the 'Ndrangheta would end for at least four years - from 2015 to 2019 - on international markets purchased by investors around the world.

This is what emerges from a Financial Times investigation based on legal and financial documents. For the City newspaper, these are bonds for around one billion euros purchased mainly from pension funds, hedge funds and some groups including - writes the Ft - Banca Generali.

In the latter case - it is explained - this is a transaction managed by the consulting firm Ernst & Young and concerning a bond made by a Swiss investment bank Cfe.

Contacted by Ft, Generali has made it known that it is not aware of problems related to that type of securities purchased for its customers.
