According to him, this list is compiled on the basis of the proposals of the European Commission, taking into account a number of criteria.
Firstly, he explained, the epidemiological situation in the country is taken into account - it should be close to the situation in the EU.
“Secondly, the stability or decrease in the number of infections over the past 14 days. And the last criterion is the general response to coronavirus infection in a particular country, ”the diplomat added.
