He did not deny that at the time of the accident Efremov was in his car and was drunk.

At the same time, the human rights activist did not answer the question of whether the artist drove a car or promised to tell the court about it.

Earlier, Pashayev said that he had collected enough evidence of Efremov's innocence.

July 6, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the completion of the investigation of the case of Efremov. The actor was charged with the final version. 

The accident occurred on the evening of June 8, when Efremov drove by car into the oncoming lane in Moscow and crashed into a van.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the van died in the hospital. An examination established that Efremov was drunk.
