A citizen is being applauded for restraining thieves trying to steal bicycles and giving them responsibility to the owner.

On the 2nd in local time, foreigners such as the British Metro introduced the story of Mr. Abdul, 31, who witnessed theft outside Cannon Street in downtown London.

Mr. Abdul recently found a suspicious man around the station on his way home from work. He was cutting a wire lock with a cutter in a bicycle parking lot. When he noticed that he was stealing, Abdul reluctantly approached and restrained, "Isn't it your bike?" The man eventually gave up and went back.

But Abdul couldn't leave. The lock is already broken, and I am worried that someone will steal it. Abdul decided to move his bike to a safer place inside the station and wait for the owner to appear.

After waiting four hours, the bicycle owner, 39-year-old Steve Palmer, finally appeared in front of Mr. Abdul. "I thought I couldn't find it, but I was surprised," said Mr. Palmer.

“I couldn't let the thief steal things and let them go. I am just happy to be able to help,” said Abdul. This story is now known on Mr. Farmer's Facebook and is praised by netizens.
