It is assumed that the relevant list will include those involved, according to Britain, to the death of Sergei Magnitsky in 2009.
It is noted that the list will also include citizens of Saudi Arabia. In this case, the sanctions will concern people suspected of involvement in the murder of Saudi opposition journalist Jamal Khashukji.
