A student at a private school in Abu Dhabi scored a distinguished degree in the final international baccalaureate exams, overcoming the health condition that kept her from pursuing her academic career for six months, and she succeeded in achieving 35 points in the final exams to achieve a rate exceeding the global average recorded and by a large difference.

The student, Jane Rashid, 18 years old, had to travel to Canada for urgent surgery after being diagnosed with scoliosis, which is a lateral curvature of the spine. She underwent a prolonged treatment that prevented her from attending her classes for more than six months while studying at the International Baccalaureate Program at her school.

Lujain continued her academic career and insisted on achieving her dream despite her suffering and her long treatment journey, which included numerous visits to hospitals and the taking of medicines and analgesics to alleviate her pain, which was not an obstacle to her superiority and obtaining a distinguished degree, especially after the school provided her with lessons through the technique of "learning" Remotely"  

She said to Lujain: "I underwent a careful surgery to merge the vertebrae of the spine and helped me to wear the brace to maintain the stability of my health and relieve me of some pain. And hospitality.

For her part, Lujain's mother, Saher Jaber, said: "Lujain made tremendous efforts during her academic career, especially after the difficult health condition she lived in. She touched her persistence to continue her studies despite the physical pain and psychological suffering she faced firmly and overcame her by obtaining the highest levels."
