Frenchman Franck Ribéry, who plays for the Italian soccer club Fiorentina, left doubts on Monday about his future in the Peninsula after being the victim of a burglary.

The 37-year-old player first posted a short video on Twitter in which we see personal belongings thrown on the ground, apparently the tracks left by burglars looking for valuables.

"On the return from this victory against Parma (2-1 for Fiorentina), I returned home. This + at home + in Italy, country in which I decided to pursue my career after so many beautiful years in Munich. what I discovered ... ", writes Ribéry in a message following the video.

"So yes, my wife lost a few bags, some jewelry, but al Hamdulillah, it is not the main thing. What shocks me is this feeling of being naked, of having the pants down and that , it does not pass, I do not accept it! ", continues the player.

"Thank God my wife, my children were safe in Munich, but how can we trust today? How do I / we feel good here today after that?" Asked the footballer, letting the doubted his will to stay in Italy after this event.

"I don't run after the millions (...) however I always run after the ball because it's passionate. But passion or not, my family comes first, and we will make the decisions necessary for our well-being ", concluded Ribéry.

According to Italian media, precious objects were stolen from the French player's villa located on the heights of Florence.
