Al Hammadi stated that the award issues a decision in coordination with the relevant authorities in the Dubai Public Prosecution and the Dubai Police, after the end of the exams to reduce the punishment for inmates and inmates of the penal institutions in Dubai who memorized the Book of God or parts of it, where twenty years of the sentence is reduced for those who memorize the entire Qur’an, And fifteen years for those who memorize twenty parts, and ten years for those who memorize fifteen parts, while five years for the period for those who memorize ten parts, one year for those who memorize five parts, and six months for those who memorize three parts.
