- I've been brutally honest, says Carl Gustén about the item he is now trying to sell in Söderbärke.

The house is described, among other things, as "a renovation object beyond the usual where heavy artillery must arrive" and "You who like new laminate flooring and some new fresh wallpaper should not come here at all."
